You’ll find Fresh at Carmichael uphill, just off the residential quad. Treat yourself to an incredible variety of fresh, flavorful foods — all completely free from gluten, tree nuts, and peanuts.
Daily menus feature delicious options like Build-Your-Own Ramen Bowls, Pulled Pork with Coleslaw, Pasta Primavera, and Beef and Broccoli — not to mention the student-favorite Carm Pancakes!
Keep an eye out for fun pop-ups and themed events throughout the semester, such as Build-Your-Own Bibimbap Night, Nacho Bar, and the annual Latinx Dinner.
