Dewick-MacPhie Dining Center is taking the campus to Italy tonight. Chef Jon and his team are going wild with Spinach and Artichoke Arancini, Mozzarella Sticks, Linguine with Clams, an Antipasti Bar (of course), Italian Mussles, Chicken with Artichokes Mushrooms and Olives, Orecciette with vegan Sausage and Broccoli Rabe (YUM), Polenta Cakes, Warm Garbanzo Bean Salad, Tuscan Vegetables, Mushroom Risoto, Sauteed Broccoli Rabe, Assapargus with Lemon a Pasta Bar and several Desserts.

Slow-cooked ribs, southern sides including Collard Greens, Black-eyed peas, mac ‘n cheese, and then cobbler for dessert. The Dewick team are making some mighty fine foods for y’all. Come on out to our Sothern BBQ Dinner on Thursday, April 2. Home cookin’ the Southern way. There are even some fabulous Vegetarian dishes. Mmmmm good!
