Tufts Dining food is meant to be enjoyed, not scrutinized for possible allergens. So our team never stops looking for ways to make your meals with us as safe as they are tasty.

An entire dining center that’s certified gluten-free

Fresh at Carmichael is the reincarnation of one of our two largest dining venues. It’s 100% free of gluten, tree nuts, and peanuts.

A dining platform free of gluten and eight more allergens

At Dewick’s ALL9FREE, the breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus are full of tempting, gluten-free choices, all specially prepared in a separate kitchen.

Gluten-free options galore

Fresh at Carmichael and ALL 9 FREE are just the start. Want a GF burrito? Head for Hodg. GF wrap? Ask Pax et Lox. In fact, all our cafés offer GF choices like sandwiches, sushi, and snacks.

Looking for nutrition, ingredient, and allergen info? We post it near foods and condiments at all Tufts Dining locations, as well as on our Online Nutrition Interface.

Tree nut and peanut-free pantry

You’ll find it at Dewick, where we also feature tree nut- and peanut-free cereals, cookies, soft-serve, even a dedicated nut-free panini press.

Alternative Meal Program

Specially trained culinary staff at Carmichael and Dewick will make you hot meals, to go if requested, using dedicated equipment and utensils.
