The Tufts Dining Spring 2026 Survey is part of the NACUFS Customer Satisfaction Benchmarking Survey, a national initiative that helps college and university dining programs gather student feedback and compare their performance with that of peer institutions.

Your feedback helps Tufts Dining improve food quality, service, and overall dining experiences. Plus, by participating, you’ll be entered to win JumboCash prizes!

The survey is open from Friday, March 27 to Friday, April 10, 2026.

Do I need to complete the entire survey to be eligible for prizes?
To be eligible for JumboCash prizes, you must complete the first section of the survey. After that, you'll be given the option to provide feedback on individual dining locations. We strongly encourage you to complete the sections for the dining locations you visit most often—your input helps us improve specific services and experiences across campus.
What kind of questions are on the survey?
The survey asks about your dining experiences, including food quality, menu variety, cleanliness, staff friendliness, and value. It’s designed to be quick and easy to complete.
Is my feedback anonymous?
Yes. All responses are confidential and analyzed in aggregate. Your individual feedback will not be linked to your identity. However, you will be asked to provide your Tufts email address if you would like to be entered in the random drawing for the JumboCash prizes.
Who is eligible to participate?
All Tufts students who use campus dining services are encouraged to participate.
How is Tufts Dining using the results?
Survey results help us identify strengths and areas for improvement. We use the data to guide decisions about menus, operations, and services—and to benchmark our performance against other universities.
