We’ve totally reinvented our uphill dining venue. Come treat yourself to an astonishing variety of scrumptiously fresh foods — all of which just happen to be free from gluten, tree nuts, and peanuts. You’ll find Fresh at Carmichael uphill, just off the residential quad.

Welcome to the newest place to eat on campus. Fresh at Carmichael is completely gluten- and nut-free. And even if you’re not trying to avoid peanuts, tree-nuts, and gluten, you’ll definitely want to dine here. Because the food is amazingly tasty. Think Ramen Bar Thursdays or General Gau’s Chicken — a serious Tufts student favorite.
Fresh at Carmichael means just that. Our chefs here favor sustainably-sourced, local ingredients like milk, yogurt, veggies, fruit, fish, and tofu. And they batch-cook throughout the day, so when you eat here, you’re enjoying food that was made, you know, fresh.
What to have: Farm-fresh berries. Steak fries and sweet potato fries. And the Blackberry butter? YUM
