Expert advice on nut avoidance
Kelly Shaw MS RD is our Nutrition Specialist. Here are some of her top tips for enjoying your food without having to stress about allergies:
- “Concerned about cross-contact? Let our staff know. They’ll be happy to serve your food from a warmer or direct from the kitchen.”
- “Our bakery is peanut-free, but we do use tree nuts in some of our recipes — so if you have a tree nut allergy, please skip baked goods and unsliced breads. (We also offer commercially sliced breads, none of which contain tree nuts or peanuts.)”
- “Got a sweet tooth? All our soft-serve ice creams and frozen yogurts are tree nut- and peanut-free, and our packaged cookies are made in a tree nut- and peanut-free facility.”
