Boston Campus Dining
Tufts’ Boston Campus Dining is managed by Corporate Chefs. With three cafés serving the Boston campus—Food 4 Thought, Plaza Café, and Soup’s On—you can find homemade breakfast items, fresh hot soups, grilled panini, grab-and-go sandwiches, yummy baked goods, and tons of other great options.
At Food 4 Thought, try a breakfast quesadilla on a whole-wheat tortilla, Cape Chicken Salad (with dried cranberries, celery, and lowfat mayo), or a made-to-order rice or noodle bowl with your choice of protein, sauce, and veggies.
Craving a hot sandwich? Try one of Plaza Café’s “Deli on the Press” specials, such as buffalo chicken and blue cheese or salami, provolone, and roasted red peppers. Your taste buds will thank you.

Grafton Campus Dining
On our Grafton campus, you’ll find Elms Café (PDF) serving breakfast and lunch Monday through Friday. Elms Café offers delicious daily specials made from scratch, as well as a creative selection of sandwiches and entrées. Elms Café is operated by Leah Surprenant, chef proprietor of Loaves and Fishes Catering.
If it’s breakfast you’re after, try a hearty breakfast burrito, fluffy omelet, or hot bagel sandwich. For lunch, savor a specialty sandwich or wrap—such as our Thai Veggie Wrap with Julienned Vegetables and Spicy Peanut Sauce—paired with a cup of soup.
All soups are homemade with fresh ingredients. So are the daily hot specials like Curried Calypso Chicken, Tomato-Feta-Kalamata Strudel, and Roasted Mahi Mahi with Whole Grain Mustard Crust. Whatever you choose, you can’t go wrong!
