Vegetarian and Vegan Dining

Are you vegetarian or vegan? Or do you just simply enjoy meatless dishes? You'll find lots of delicious, nutritious choices at Tufts Dining. We make meat-free easy and scrumptious.

Check out Carmichael and Dewick-MacPhie Dining Centers’ dedicated vegetarian stations for the largest selections of vegetarian and vegan food on campus. Our vegetarian and vegan options include plentiful salad bars, curries, innovative stir-fries, homemade pizzas (including options with vegan cheese), and hearty whole-grain and legume casseroles. Is it time to eat yet?

Our Food Fact Cards identify vegetarian and vegan dishes easily in both Carmicheal and Dewick-MacPhie. Look for "VM" for vegetarian (with dairy or egg) items or "VG" for vegan items next to the name of the dish on the Food Fact Card. It’s that easy!
