Eating Right is Easy at Tufts Dining
At Carmichael and Dewick-MacPhie Dining Centers, the cafés on campus, or at Commons Marketplace, it’s easy to Eat Right all day! Fresh fruit, large salad bars, whole grains, great vegetables, and grilled meats and poultry are all part of dining at Tufts. With food that tastes so good, we make eating right on campus easy. We also accommodate people with dietary restrictions. Whether you have food allergies or intolerances, are vegetarian or vegan, avoid gluten—or, are just looking to eat healthy—you have lots of options.
Want to know more about what you are eating when you eat? You can find ingredient and nutrition information on Food Fact Cards posted near each food item. Food Fact Cards also show the FDA’s eight major food allergens plus sesame and gluten. What is being served can be found online.
Our online nutrition interface also allows you to gather nutritional information and plan for single meals or for an entire day. You can also check nutrients, food ingredients, and allergens with just a click or two!
