Tufts Dining has abundant healthy food choices to help you fortify your body for better mental and physical well-being. Fresh fruit, large salad bars, whole grains, great vegetables, and grilled meats and poultry are all part of dining at Tufts. With food that tastes so good, we make eating healthy on campus easy. We also accommodate people with dietary restrictions. Whether you have food allergies or intolerances, are vegetarian or vegan, follow a gluten-free diet —or, are just looking to eat healthy—you have lots of options.

Healthy Eating is Easy at Tufts Dining

In addition to fresh food being served, at Carmichael and Dewick-MacPhie Dining Centers, we post Food Fact Cards near each food item. These cards list ingredients and nutrition information, and they show whether or not the food item contains one or more of the top  8 food allergens. You can also find this information online.

Our online nutrition interface allows you to gather nutrition information and plan for single meals or for an entire day. You can check nutrients, food ingredients, and allergens with just a click or two!
