Dewick-MacPhie Dining Center is taking the campus to Italy tonight. Chef Jon and his team are going wild with Spinach and Artichoke Arancini, Mozzarella Sticks, Linguine with Clams, an Antipasti Bar (of course), Italian Mussles, Chicken with Artichokes Mushrooms and Olives, Orecciette with vegan Sausage and Broccoli Rabe (YUM), Polenta Cakes, Warm Garbanzo Bean Salad, Tuscan Vegetables, Mushroom Risoto, Sauteed Broccoli Rabe, Assapargus with Lemon a Pasta Bar and several Desserts.
