To assist students with food selections, nutrient and ingredient information is available on green cards near the food items in both Carmichael and Dewick-MacPhie. The green cards indicate when foods contain any of the 8 most common allergens, which are tree nuts, peanuts, milk, wheat, fish, shell-fish, soy and eggs. The allergen notices on the green cards should be used as a guide; when in doubt about ingredients, please speak to the manager in charge.
