Nutritional Advice & Info

Tufts Dining employs a registered dietitian who is available for private consultation. If you have food allergies and intolerances or dietary modifications and restrictions and have questions regarding food served on campus, please contact Tufts Dining’s dietitian, Julie Lampie, via email at or by phone at 617-627-2833.

To assist students with food selections, nutrient and ingredient information is available on green cards near the food items in both Carmichael and Dewick-MacPhie. The green cards indicate when foods contain any of the 8 most common allergens, which are tree nuts, peanuts, milk, wheat, fish, shell-fish, soy and eggs. The allergen notices on the green cards should be used as a guide; when in doubt about ingredients, please speak to the manager in charge.
