Cage Free Eggs & Sustainable Fish

Tufts Dining supports the humane treatment of animals by not serving veal in the dining centers and purchasing 100% cage free liquid eggs. Sustainable fish are featured regularly in the dining centers, and include wild Alaskan salmon and pollock, striped bass, tilapia and Mahi Mahi.
  • Each week in Carmichael (Wednesday) and Dewick (Thursday), a sustainable fish is featured using a creative recipe.
