Organic food is produced with only organic pesticides and fertilizers, is not genetically modified, and prohibits the use of antibiotics or hormones.

Organic foods are served in Carmichael and Dewick-MacPhie and include whole wheat pasta, legumes, whole grains, and tofu which are found at the vegetarian stations. Soy milk, all granolas, and natural peanut butter are also organic.
