TUFTS DINING is committed to sustainable, environmental stewardship both in the dining centers and around campus. By purchasing local, organic, and Fair Trade products, Tufts dining contributes to a more sustainable campus while increasing food systems awareness among staff and students.

Tufts Dining partners with a number of campus organizations including the Tufts Office of Sustainability, feast (food education and action for sustainability at Tufts), Medford Facilities Department, The Friedman School’s Agriculture, Food, and Environment (AFE) graduate program and the undergraduate organization ECO (Environmental Consciousness Outreach).
