Limited variety take-out meals are available for meal plan students who are too ill to come to the dining centers. You can request a meal be picked up by your roommate, a friend or Res Life staff member. Simply complete the Send a Friend form and have your representative give it, along with your Student ID, to the Greeter at Carmichael or Dewick-MacPhie Dining Center. Please know that your meal will be deducted from your meal plan upon pick-up. The request is valid for one day only; a new request must be submitted each day for multiple days. For students who are directed to isolate due to Influenza Like Illness, Tufts Dining can provide you with an ILI Care Package. Health Services will provide you with the Request Form, which they then fax to us. We will contact you at the phone number you provide to assess your needs and arrange delivery of a shelf-stable care package. Delivered Care Packages are a pre-determined menu designed to provide foods best tolerated for those with flu-like symptoms, and will be delivered ONCE per day for up to 5 days. The package is delivered to the kitchen area of your residence hall. You will be charged one lunch meal and one dinner meal for each Care Package delivered

- 2 cans soup
- 4 packages saltines
- 2 hot tea bags
- 4 packets sugar

- 1 fruit in cup/applesauce
- 1 banana
- 2 noodles or Macaroni & Cheese
- 2 pcs Peanut Butter
- 2 pcs Grape Jelly
- 2 Knife/Fork/Spoon set, a few napkins, 2 paper hot cups, 8 oz disposable bowl
